HOPE…

Since this is the season of Advent, preparing for the coming of Christ, Messiah-God in flesh, I thought I would write a little something on this old blog. Frankly, I haven’t blogged for a time and I suppose I miss it. I began it in 2012 and miss how the Holy Spirit’s creative wind blew through and illuminated my soul. And isn’t that the purpose of Advent?

So, what’s new and what have I been doing these last few years… I have been in Seminary, listening, learning, meditating, and rethinking some of the biblical theology and the hermeneutics that had molded my identity. Now, that I am getting close to graduation, I can honestly say, God has been changing me from the inside out. ONLY God can bring true change, true healing and remake us into people who can trust. If you are reading this, you may be thinking to yourself, that you would like a change. Perhaps, you long to be at peace.

And, to this I can only say, “Choose God. He will make all the difference and can give you what you are searching for. God is lovely and merciful and will be tender with your heart. He can heal your heart and bind your wounds. Give Him a chance this Christmas. You won’t regret it. I am praying for you. Jesus will show you Himself and wrap you in His love. Just ask Jesus to become real to you and He will.
